Are you a travel management company?
No. We do not book travel. We do not own a GDS. We are not affiliated with any TMC, airline, hotel chain, or ground transportation provider. We are an independent strategic advisory that manages the performance of your travel program, including your relationship with your TMC.
We already have a TMC. Why do we need StratTrav?
Your TMC manages transactions, while we manage strategy, performance, and accountability. Most organizations find their TMC is doing exactly what it was hired to do, which is simply processing bookings. How are you compensated?
We operate on a predictable monthly retainer to keep your upfront costs structured. From there, we identify and recover savings through contract optimization, rate auditing, and vendor accountability. Because we only retain a portion of what we secure, our financial incentives are 100% aligned with your success.
Will our vendors know you're involved?
es. When we negotiate on your behalf, vendors will know we represent your organization. However, the nature of our engagement, your program data, and everything shared within our partnership remains entirely private. We operate under a strict NDA from day one.
How long does it take to see results?
Most engagements surface meaningful findings within the first 30 to 60 days. The initial program audit alone typically identifies recoverable savings that justify the engagement before the first quarter is complete.
